The Martini Market is the oldest annual fair in Muri and takes place every year on 11 November. In earlier times the grocers, traders and market goers would set out their stalls and their wares in honour of the Abbey's patron; today they do so entirely for the pleasure and delight of visitors. |

Alongside the Martini Market, the May Market is Muri's second big traditional annual fair to have survived well into the second half of the 20th century; today it once again enjoys a new-found popularity. It is held on the first Saturday in May every year. |
